The Brookings office, actually located in Harbor, is in a rural community adjacent to Brookings. It is located on the Oregon coast, 1/8 mile West (toward the Chetco River) from the Harbor Shopping Center at 97829 Shopping Center Avenue.

The staff in Harbor provide property boundary surveys, construction surveying, topographic surveys for land development and river mining, land division, partition mapping and boundary adjustment surveys. We are fully equipped from ACAD-3D mapping software, G.P.S. (survey quality positioning) to quad, all wheel drive ATV vehicles.

The office has a complete record of Curry County Recorded Survey Maps, with record files dating back to 1984. Our microfilmed Deed Records date back to the original government patented land claims and provide for quick access to parcel histories.

The office is managed by Tom Hoshall, a Firm Partner and licensed Oregon Surveyor. Tom provides Water Rights(Applications and Final Proof Surveys) and FEMA Flood Certification Surveys.
