SEF has several Oregon State Certified Water Rights Examiners on staff with considerable experience handling water right issues from individual domestic uses to municipal water districts with over 40,000 users. Additional projects have included golf courses, cranberry bogs, field irrigation and reservoirs. Our firm is on-call with the Oregon Water Resources Department providing review of applications for water right transfers, permit extensions and preparation of draft orders.  We also review claims of beneficial use or final proof surveys and prepare draft certificates.  Our Certified Water Rights Examiners can provide proof surveys, maps and the applications for the following:
