SEF has had a long-term association with this estate. Since 1976 we have inventoried, appraised, marketed, sold and prepared bid documents for the sale of over 50 MMBF of timber. Our role has evolved over the years as part of a team to step up management activities to produce regular income and help advise the owners in estate planning issues. This account totals about 8,500 acres of forestland in Curry County, Oregon. Our forestry services include advising the owners and managers in long and short-term goals. We have accomplished comprehensive inventories of these forest holdings, and based upon this data, we can make suggestions for income producing activities related to the forestland ownership to the company.
