SEF provided the original site development design of the Coquille Indian Tribe Fourth Creek Housing Development and is currently in the process of finalizing design of infrastructure for a 10-lot addition including new roadway, sanitary and storm sewer, and cable utilities.  Water expansion is limited to services and a short main extension, however the project includes design of utilities to be extended for a future southern development.  Project design is 90% complete with an estimated construction cost of $560,000.
