This project, funded by the Oregon International Port of Coos Bay, consisted of the construction of 18,659 lineal feet of railway, associated roadway crossing and relocation of utilities.  Services provided by SEF included preliminary and construction surveying, topographic surveying, right-of-way research, environmental permitting, wetland delineation and mitigation planning, geometric design, construction management, field inspection and materials testing.
