This project included a timber cruise and appraisal of a 12,500-acre timberland ownership southeast of Stayton, Oregon.  Ownership included about 180 MMbf of timber of which 100 MMbf was old growth and red fir.  This is a well-managed, commercial tree farm with stand ages ranging from plantation to 400+ years old.  Appraisals of the land and timber were conducted for purposes of litigation between owners.
