The Coos County natural gas pipeline project required survey and legal descriptions of existing road and railway alignments, right-of-way condemnation descriptions from Douglas County to the City of Coos Bay, as built ties and mapping of the constructed pipeline and mapping exhibits along BPA right-of-way through BLM lands.  SEF was a subcontractor for Right-of-Way Associates, located in Beaverton, Oregon.
