From 2005 to 2006, SEF engineers worked with the North Bend School District to phase the Oak Street Athletic Field project to meet their budget, which included four irrigated sports fields.  They performed construction management duties including writing and negotiating change orders, checking certified payrolls, verifying and authorizing progress payments, coordination with school district and final accpetance of the project.  Necessary inspections were performed to insure project met specifications.  SEF also provided the design for the new artificial turf football stadium for the high school.  These two projects involved over $1,000,000 in improvements for the community.
